About Colleen Hallett

A fun-loving and encouraging instructor who takes pride in knowing that every time she teaches a lesson
her top priority is what the student needs and wants.  Colleen strives to provide her students with a solid
knowledge of:

* Horsemanship
* Horse Safety
* Centered Riding
* A.T.D.R.

She has been riding for years and has a solid background in hunter/jumpers but her knkowledge also
covers a much broader scope.  She also has many years of experience working with riders of all ages

Jump For Joy is a riding academy with goals geared to the young and the young at heart.  Here at
Jump for Joy we seek to encourage dreams and we strive to give you the confidence to jump for
them.  We specialized in the timid, the inexperienced and the dreamer.

Our students are taught to become partners with their equine counterpart through a four
step plan system enables riders to develop respect for their mounts by first asking their
horse to follow a command or cue.  If the horse refuses then we tell the horse that we are
serious and if the horse still is never compromised.
