- 12' x 24' MD mare motel stalls, includes cleaning;

- 4000+ sq ft semi-private paddocks; $275.00/month
- pasture (dry lot) in one of the 4-acre pastures; $250.00/month

Board can be paid by check ($25.00 fee for returned checks), cash, or

- horses are fed 2x/day, grass mix (type depending upon availability) AM and
Alfalfa or Elk Grove Milling Stable Mix with Glucosamine PM,
- mineral blocks available for all horses
- excellent veterinarian lives close-by; no ranch call fee to boarders
- training/lessons/horse camp available next-door
